Remote position; the home office is located in Boise, Idaho, with employees working from various states across the US.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, or relevant field; at least 3 years of professional content writing/editing experience; minimum of 1 year ghostwriting experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Create custom articles and internal marketing content, conduct monthly client phone calls, write up to 100 articles per month, perform research on diverse topics, conduct interviews, and collaborate with designers and editors for timely mailings.

SHORT DESCRIPTION
Seeking a full-time remote content writer to create engaging articles for clients, manage client relationships, and help shape their newsletter content.
Newsletter Pro is dedicated to helping small businesses grow by building genuine client relationships. We create custom print newsletters and other digital and physical products that emphasize connection, personality, and brand engagement. Everything we do focuses on reflecting the values and voice of the incredible entrepreneurs we work with. Our clients are located nationwide (and beyond) and work in various industries.
Our home office is in Boise, Idaho, with many of our employees working remotely from over a dozen states across the US. Our diverse team handles every step of the newsletter process, from writing and editing to design and production.
This is a FULL-TIME, REMOTE position.

They also work with our clients to develop a vision for their newsletters, find ways to add value, and create a product that people will love to read.
This is NOT a free lance position
The successful candidate is prepared to provide writing samples and complete a mock interview to advance in the interview process.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, or another relevant field
- At least three years of professional content writing/editing experience
- Minimum of 1 year ghostwriting experience

About the Role
- Monthly phone calls with clients to discuss topics and develop a distinct voice for each campaign
- Conduct research on a wide range of topics ranging from dentistry and physical therapy to history and pop culture
- Write up to 100 articles per month (average of 5-6 per day, 300-500 words each)
- Schedule and complete 2-3 Interviews each day
- Create content designed to be engaging, informative, fun, and personal
- Work in close collaboration with designers, project managers, and editors to ensure high-quality editions are mailed on time every month
- Tackle special projects and internal initiatives as needed
