Job Description
1、Develop and execute strategic seller acquisition plans to promote Alibaba International's products and services, focusing on AliExpress L2L business. 2、Collaborate with program teams to align marketing initiatives, ensuring consistency with program decks, onboarding processes, and promotional campaigns. 3、Design and implement marketing campaigns to attract, engage, and convert potential sellers, utilizing a variety of marketing channels and tactics. 4、Partner with business development to manage and optimize lead generation, traffic, and conversion rates, fostering strong collaboration between departments. 5、Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to create awareness and generate interest in Alibaba International's offerings among target sellers. 6、Assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies and adjust as needed to maximize seller engagement and program success.Position Requirement
